This machine is a special CNC machine tool for processing coil axial oil gap pads in power transformer insulators. It is mainly applicable to special automatic processing equipment for dovetail, pigeon tail and straight groove processing at both ends of the insulation block of 110kV-1100kV transformer winding. It can make the end surface of the processed pad smooth, without micro-particles and burrs. We can customize the machine to fulfil your need. 
Changing the process of punch machining in the past, using the forming milling cutter to form directly at one time, and milling groove, roughening and rounding are completed in one step. The processed products have no burr and need no grinding, and can withstand high-pressure tests. It is especially suitable for the processing of large transformer cushion blocks above 110kV. The product is optimized to improve work efficiency and improve power consumption, making the cost performance of the equipment more reasonable. The equipment is fully enclosed with a transparent viewing window. It is beneficial to prevent the cutting dust from affecting the processing environment of the insulation workshop, and to a certain extent to prevent the noise produced by milling from affecting the hearing of employees. The noise of equipment operation should be <70db. Entry and exit doors of enclosed rooms are equipped with safety interlocking shutdown devices, doors and windows are opened accidentally, and equipment will be shut down urgently

8. In addition, the closed protective cover of the machine adopts a 2mm thick steel plate and tempered glass and is interlocked with the electrical. When the machine is started, it can effectively prevent various unsafe splashes from hurting people and improve safety.
 

Main composition

1. Feeding system: It is mainly composed of a feeding table, reciprocating feeding mechanism, strip clamping device of feeding outlet, etc.
2. Sawing system: It is mainly composed of saw head mechanism, saw head drive mechanism, dust removal cover and saw head lifting mechanism, etc.

6. Dust removal system: The machine is equipped with a bag filter. Each milling head and saw head of the machine is equipped with a dust suction hood and collecting pipe. At the same time, the machine is closed. All saw chips in the machine are collected at two connecting ports to the external dust collector. Saw chips and dust can be removed by the self-contained dust collector or by a centralized dust removal system in the user's workshop.
7. Sound absorption and protection system: The machine can effectively control the noise by enclosing all the milling heads and saw heads and applying a layer of sound-absorbent material in the sealed housing. The enclosure and toughened glass on the machine cover are effective in preventing possible splashes from hurting people during machining
8. lubrication system: 1. Saw head bearing is lubricated with sealing oil; 2. Drive systems of each screw, gear, rack, etc. are lubricated with centralized oil. Oil is supplied to each position by manual oil pump in a fixed time, fixed point and fixed quantity (see operating instructions for lubrication for specific requirements); 3. The pneumatic system is lubricated by oil mist and oil is supplied to the cylinders and valves by the oil mist and compressed air installed on the machine. Grease lubrication is used for motors, servo motors, etc.

Simple operating step

 

Put neat codes of processed insulating cardboard on the feeding table. Pushing it into the feeding device will start the machine by entering the dimensions of the workpiece that will be processed into the PC via the touch screen programmer.
The feeding device according to the program feeding saw cut head first. Then follow the data feed given by the program to move the milling head for milling - sawing - moving. The table moves out of the fixed system for milling again. Push out the processed insulators and complete a processing cycle, which is carried out in turn to and fro.

The equipment shall ensure that the pad material processed is compressed and compacted in both longitudinal and transverse directions. During the processing, the pad material shall be kept perpendicular to the table surface without tilting to ensure that the center of various grooves in the processing coincides with the center of pad material with a deviation of <0.15mm.
