Application:
Coil pressing machine is used for axial compressing   the transformer coil, so as to improve the coil from the compactness and anti deformation from short circuit, and decrease the vibration of the current carrying wire of the coil in the power frequency alternating magnetic field and ensure that the axial size of the coil can meet the requirements of the design process.
Main Features:
1 The machine adopts 4 columns hydraulic structure with simple structure and reliable operation.
2 All the pressure is the internal force of the machine, and the requirement for foundation is low.
3 6 synchronous movable pressure heads are arranged uniformly on the upper pressing board, which can adapt to the requirements for compression of different diameter of coils.
4 The machine adopts lead screw drive to drive the lifting of the upper pressing board, to adapt to the requirements for compression of different height of coils and can realize pre-pressing function by the safety clutch
5 Pressure from the bottom of the oil cylinder, pressure adjusted freely.
6 Flat car is driven by motor and automatic positioning. Several concentric round slots set on the platform of the flat car are used as reference line for placing the coil to the center of the flat car.
