160t Transformer Hydraulic Core Stacking and Tilting Table Machine
Application Range:.
1)Suitable for both technique with and without upper yoke.
2)Suit for stacking and tilting for 3 limbs and 5 limbs
Advantage:
This equipment can increase the assemble speed of transformer cores, with adjustable profile modeling, so workers can operate easily and its stacking precious also improve a lot. The equipment is with linear guide and hydraulic system.
Machine Features:
1) Machine adopt building block composite structure, which according to the distance between each limbs, and is not limited by the varied size between each limbs, with high adaptability.
2)Tilting work is good which no need any other sources except crane, so that the sources will be saved and investment for basic and auxiliary devices will be deducted accordingly. It have high cost performance.
3)We adopt the international advanced design software for finite element analysis to ensure sufficient strength and stiffness, and also adopt hot rolled steel or low carbon steel welded structure to ensure the flatness, key parts adopt machining processing. Aging treatment will be done for welded structure. Outrigger is mounted on the longeron beam, unlock the outrigger after tilt the core to 90°to avoid the overturn of the core due to instability of machine.
