The coil shaping machine is used to compaction the coil in axial direction, which improve the tightness and anti-short-circuit deformation capability of the coil, reduce the vibration of the wire of the coil in the work frequency alternating magnetic field, and guarantees the coil axial dimension reaching the design requirements.

(2)The pressure is all internal forces, which has low requirements on the base strength.
(3)There is a T-shaped groove on the upper platen, which can be adapted to compress different diameter coils.
(4)The pressure is from the top cylinder, and the pressure is arbitrarily adjusted.
(5)The flat car is driven by motor, and the flat car is automatically positioned. A number of concentric round slots on the flat car is as a reference line for placing the coil in the center of the flat car.
