Big Capacity 30T Automatic Large Vertical Coil Winding Machine
Vertical coil winding machine is winding coils for high voltage and super high voltage transformers. The machine has pit type and ground type, which is chosen based on workshop height. The chuck can lift according to the height of coil and keep the working height. The machine adopts inverter control, it has stable start-up, low noise and easy operate etc advantages. The machine is equipped with electronic counter which can reduce turns when reversing. The machine is able to stop at pre-set turns automatically. 

Application:
LR series vertical winding machine is mainly used for coil winding for large power transformer, it is the ideal equipment for coils of high pressure,  ultrahigh pressure and continuous type, disc type. The machine can be divided into pit type and pit free type.
Machine Features:
1This machine adopts lifting chuck. The height of winding can be adjusted according to the requirements for the coils freely, operating position keep the same, the operation is simple and convenient.
2This machine adopts frequency conversion speed control, the starting speed is stable and braking is reliable. Winding turns can be set freely, with positive and negative counting and power off memory function. The expandable pit cover board can expand and contract freely according to the diameter of the coil, safe and reliable.
