This equipment is a three-dimensional coil winding equipment for transformer making independently developed by Xinjie Machinery Co., Ltd. After years of technical accumulation and learning improvement. Our three-dimensional core winding machine is highly automated, and the winding turns can be displayed directly by inputting the number of gears of the winding coils on the operating screen, thus avoiding the possibility of artificial calculation errors of traditional winding turns.
Suitable for 50 ~ 2500kVA rated capacity oil-immersed transformers coil winding.
Main Components of Equipment:
A. Main shaft drive chassis assembly: The main shaft drive chassis assembly consists of a chassis made up of various profiles, a drive main motor, a hydraulic brake, a drive spindle, and a drive motor with left and right movable gear modules.
B. Trailer assembly: The trailer assembly is assembled on a support that can be moved back and forth by right and left iron cores. The support plate can be widened and narrowed synchronously. The iron core can be reversed in both directions by means of gear drive.
C. Control system: The control system is composed of an operating screen and PLC control center, with functions of variable frequency infinite speed regulation of the main engine, preset number of turns of coils, alarm prompt of turns, intuitive display of real-time coil turns of input gear number, infinitely adjustable release tension and digital display of tension.
