The foil coils are made of copper or aluminum with different thicknesses and wild band insulation materials as interlayer insulation. The coils are wound on the machine to form coils. The shape of the coil that can be wound by the machine can be round, elliptical, rectangular, etc.
PLC/ touch screen control is adopted on the machine, which is performed for the central system receiving and processing signals of several parts. It is characterized by a high degree of automation and complete function, providing the guarantee for axial tightness and amplitude tightness of coil winding.
The brief working mode of equipment: double-layer can be folded or wound in parallel or single-layer winding. Foil coils, interlayer insulation, and end insulation can be wound on the foil coil winder to form coils in one step. At the same time, the welding of the inner and outer leads of the coil and the wrapping of the outer surface can be completed.

There are independent two sets on the front and rear parts, which are controlled respectively. Four expansion blocks are supported by four groups of connecting rods, which can be held coils tightly on the material-bearing barrel. the main shaft is controlled by a motor, and can actively operate in the front and reverse the direction of receiving and opening, which is convenient for adjusting working conditions at any time.

Foil tape is adopted on the advanced technique of forcing intension by motor, and tension is achieved by the reverse torque generated by the AC variable frequency motor. the control of tension is stable and precise, regardless of winding, stopping winding, unwinding, all it can apply constant tension, ,
so as to avoid different tightness of the coil in the winding process. the tension is adjusted by adjusting the current, touch screen digital display, the tension control realizes man-machine dialogue.
The whole unwinding device is connected to the machine seat by a straight rail, and the tangle is coordinated by the foil belt edge detection sensor (device on the rack) and the DC speed regulation motor tangle actuator, and the detection sensor (device on the rack) and the servo motor tangle actuator are coordinated and tangled by the foil belt edge, which guarantees that the end face of the coiled-coil is neat and deviated ≤ 0.5 mm. Tangled using a photoelectric analog load cell, this sensor is the non-contact measurement, can be accurately measured regardless of the thin thickness of the foil strip, does not damage the edge of the foil strip, tangled precise and reliable, low failure rate, maintenance is convenient.
