7.The machine adopts closed design, with transparent protective cover outside, sound-absorbing material inside, and the dust suction port is connected with the external dust collector. 6.Dust removal system: The machine is equipped with a bag filter. Each milling head and saw head of the machine is equipped with a dust suction hood and collecting pipe. At the same time, the machine is closed. All saw chips in the machine are collected at two connecting ports to the external dust collector. Saw chips and dust can be removed by the self-contained dust collector or by a centralized dust removal system in the user's workshop.
7.Sound absorption and protection system: The machine can effectively control the noise by enclosing all the milling heads and saw heads and applying a layer of sound absorbent material in the sealed housing. The enclosure and toughened glass on the machine cover are effective in preventing possible splashes from hurting people during machining
8.lubrication system: 1. Saw head bearing is lubricated with sealing oil; 2. Drive systems of each screw, gear, rack, etc. are lubricated with centralized oil. Oil is supplied to each position by manual oil pump in a fixed time, fixed point and fixed quantity (see operating instructions for lubrication for specific requirements); 3.The pneumatic system is lubricated by oil mist and oil is supplied to the cylinders and valves by the oil mist and compressed air installed on the machine. Grease lubrication is used for motors, servo motors, etc.

Put neat codes of processed insulating cardboard on the feeding table. Pushing it into the feeding device will start the machine by entering the dimensions of the work piece that will be processed into the PC via the touch screen programmer.
Feeding device according to the program feeding saw cut head first. Then follow the data feed given by the program to move the milling head for milling - sawing - moving. The table moves out of the fixed system for milling again. Push out the processed insulators and complete a processing cycle, which is carried out in turn to and fro.

Precision of pad notch processing: The depth accuracy of equipment for processing various dovetail, pigeon tail and straight groove should meet <0.2mm.
