1. Summary 
GZR-1100 type automatic winding machine applies to winding coils for various types of small distribution transformer, current transformer and reactor etc.
It consists of winder, automatic wire pitch setter, layer insulation pay-off stand, tension adjustable pay-off stand, pneumatic system, PLC control and servo system. Having the advantages of high automaticity, complete functions, strong power etc. and ensures the axial and radial tightness of coil. It can also be used to manufacture square coil.
