The paperboard cylinder rolling machine is mainly composed of an upper and lower roller, a pedestal, a drive and electrical control part, etc.
1. Three rollers drive, the upper roller can be moved up and down, prevent slipping and have a limit control.
2. The upper roller is driven by the speed reducer and the coupling and is connected to the lower roller through the gearbox. The control panel has forward, reverse, jog, continuous rotation, drop, and other buttons.
3. The upper, lower roller plating or coated with polyurethane.
4. It has a paperboard cylinder supporting mechanism that is convenient for large-diameter paperboard cylinder making, which is invented by our company.
