Machine Features:
(1) Tension can be set freely. After setting done, machine can keep constant tension during the whole winding process.
(2) A reverse torque is always given to the winding machine, which can compensate the reverse winding rotation after machine braking.
(3) The mother coil can move along the axial direction of the winding coil automatically during the winding process.
(4). The base of the wire de-reeler can move along the axial direction of the winding machine automatically during the winding process. It is convenient for axial compressing of the winding coil.
(5) It can greatly tighten the winding coil, improve the winding quality and save the material. According to user's feedback, approx. 1.5~2kg copper wire can be saved from a 1000KVA coil.
