Machine usage

The LR series vertical winding machine is mainly used for large power transformer coil windings, and it is ideal equipment for high pressure, ultra-high pressure, continuous, disc coil making. The machine can be divided into two types-pit and over floor type.

 

Main feature

 

(1)This machine is chuck elevation type (pit type), and the height of the winding coil can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the needs of the coil, the position of the operating platform is not changed, and the operation is simple and convenient.
(2)This machine is a VF control speed, the speed start is smooth and the braking is reliable. The number of windings can be freely set, with a positive and reverse count and the power-off memory function. The pit cover can be freely expanded or shrunken according to the diameter of the coil, it is safe and reliable.
