Machine usage

The assembly ZPJ is special equipment for the transformer manufacturing industry for large and
medium-sized transformers. This device is generally composed of two frameworks that face the face-oriented arrangement, and both sides can independently move, complete each platform adjustment in the vertical and horizontal direction. The adjustment of the position is to meet the different requirements of the operation position during the transformer assembly.
This equipment is mainly used for parts assembly of transformers, yoke stacking and general assembly, and it can also be used for welding and leakage test of transformer oil tanks.
The assembly frame mainly consists of an operation platform, discharging platform, lifting mechanism, travelling mechanism, middle gap bridge and electrical control system.
 

Main feature

(1)Operating platform lifting adopts motor + worm gear reducer + screw lifting system (can also be lifted with a cylinder, the lifting speed can be adjusted freely), equipped with electrical and mechanical double self-locking protection. Ensure that the lifting platform can safely and reliably stop at any position.
(2)The operating platform is equipped with a power socket to facilitate the use of common power tools on platforms at the middle position.
(3)There are several extendable plates below the platform, equipped with positioning pins. Pull out the small plates, must insert the pins in time to prevent extendable plates slide and hurting the workers.
(4)Each end of each platform is provided with a 150W light, and there is a fluorescent lamp below the worktable to increase brightness and make it easy to operation.
(5)The assembly platform is equipped with polyurethane wheels, which are strong and durable, with sufficient mechanical strength, no damage to the floor, no static electricity.
(6)Left and the right platform is equipped with 2 sets of operation button stations: 1 set is installed on the ground and the worktable respectively, easy to operate. The control panel is installed on the ground and the operation platform button station is interlocked, to prevent misoperation. All moving and lifting motors are brake type.
(7)The upper part of the platform has high-power lighting, providing a sufficient light source.
(8)All components involving security requirements have heat treatment and flaw detection.
