Constant pressure drying and pressing device
Application:
This machine is mainly used for axial compression for the transformer coils under cold state and during drying process, to prevent the insulation loose caused by axial non-uniform contracting during drying process, and ensure the mechanical height of the dry coils to meet the design requirement and the parallel for both sides of the dry coils.
Main Features:
1The high temperature cylinder: it can load working in the drying oven
2 The hydraulic system adopts the high temperature resistant oil cylinder and flame retardant hydraulic oil, working pressure is no    bigger than 63Mpa. It also adopts the flexible metal hose and quick change connector, the connection  is convenient and rapid,    and can work under 130ºC for long time.
3 High intensity disc: diameter Φ2000~3000mm, load capacity 80T~400T.
4 The pull rod shaft and the clamping ring can work together to adjust the pressing height conveniently.
5 Mounted with alarm device: it can give alarm and indication signal in time when the oil pipe rupture or leakage of the connector,    in order to stop production and solve in time.

6 Machine has reserved oil circuit, so it can take place of the oil pressing machine during coil finishing.
