It is used for the transformer core's stacking and turning. It is suitable for large and medium-size transformer core stacking and turning.

The building block combination structure, according to the core window size group, is not limited by the window size, good adaptability.Do not need special pits and foundation, do not occupy the work space, and is economical.
Strong flipping ability, in addition to using the workshop travelling crane, no additional energy is required. Thereby saving energy, reducing assistance equipment investment, basic investment, and has a good performance price ratio.
The turning is safe and stable, the synchronization is good, the iron core has no deformation, and the reliability is high.The center distance is adjustable, and the worktable size is designed according to customer requirements.
The overall deformation of the worktable is less than 3mm during the flipping, and the verticality of the stacking table and the flip beam is less than 2 mm before and after the flipping.
Finite element analysis is performed by using international advanced design software to ensure sufficient strength and stiffness. Adopt hot rolled steel or low carbon steel welded structure, the machining is used in key parts. For the welded structure, the aging treatment is performed.
