Machine usage

The coil press is used for pressing amorphous transformers, such as adding appropriate moulds, can also be used in simple stretching, squeezing compression moulding, punching and hole punching, the usage is wide.

Main composition

 

(1)Frame: After the steel sheet is welded, the aging treatment is carried out to prevent the deformation and avoid influencing the stability of the equipment. It is mainly used as a cylinder and its parts mounting substrate, and it also withstands all internal strength when the workpiece is pressed, so it must have reliable strength and rigidity. There are several T-slots on the worktable, which is convenient to fix the workpiece on it.
(2)Oil Cylinder: It provides big pressure and is the most important moving part in this machine. Oil leakage of the cylinder is a common problem of this kind of device. Because press the coil, the cylinder is absolutely not allowed to suddenly leak oil, which is easy to pollute the coil to cause the coil's unqualified. The cylinders of our equipment use the original German import seal.
(3)Hydraulic System: Mainly consists of hydraulic stations, pressure regulating valves, pressure gauges, speed control valves, direction control valves, and various pipe accessories. A large number of integrated modules are used, the structure is compact, sensitive and reliable, with low noise, strong power. Our hydraulic station motor uses the Suzhou Siemens motor, which is twice as much as the service life of domestic motors.
(4)Control System: The main components use "CHINT" branded products. It has safety protection functions such as multi-interlocking protection and overvoltage, Undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, short phase, pressure, strokes etc. Ensure the security of the device.
