Product Description

The LR series vertical winding machine is mainly used for large power transformer coil windings, and it is an ideal equipment for high pressure, ultra-high pressure, continuous, disc coil making. The machine can be divided into two types-pit and over floor type.

This machine adopts lifting chuck. The height of winding can be adjusted according to the requirements for the coils freely, operating position keep the same, the operation is simple and convenient.
This machine adopts frequency conversion speed control, the starting speed is stable and braking is reliable. Winding turns can be set freely, with positive and negative counting and power off memory function. The expandable pit cover board can expand and contract freely according to the diameter of the coil, safe and reliable.
