The paperboard beveling machine is mainly used to mill the insulating cardboard into a slope of 15 to 20 times the thickness of the cardboard to ensure the consistency of the thickness of the oblique connection.
Main features:
(1) The angle and height of the milling cutter can be adjusted freely.
(2) The workpiece is pneumatic pressing, and the lower portion of the pressure beam is equipped with an elastic pad, which effectively protects the paperboard from damage.
(3) Use high-precision linear rails, the straightness of the milling edge is less than 10%.
(4) The feed is driven by a brand-name imported motor, and the feed speed is 1.5 ~ 6m / min, stepless adjustment.
(5) Suitable for 0-10 mm thickness insulation paperboard.
(6) Use the CNC control and Siemens human-machine interface. High automation, safe and reliable, greatly improves the working efficiency.
