  1. Transformer Core Turning TableBrief introduction of the equipment:
Transformer Core Turning Table
FT50t-FT250t series iron core stacking and turning table is one of the new series products continuously developed by our company in recent years, which is applicable for stacking and turning various types of transformer cores. FT50t-FT250t series iron core stacking and overturning table is a kind of product modified by referring to the drawing of the complete set of 300t iron core stacking and overturning table provided by Nuremberg Transformer Company of Siemens AG, which has the cordwood iron core stacking and overturning structure and is suitable for both the process of arranging upper iron yoke and the process of not arranging upper iron yoke.
  1. Equipment characteristics:
Transformer Core Turning Table
(1)    With the integral combination structure, it is assembled according to the window size of the iron core, which is not limited by the diversification of window sizes, and therefore it is well-adapted. It is easy and convenient to operate. Under normal circumstances, the insertion time between the turning arm and the iron stacking table is less than 10 minutes.
(2)    Special pit and foundation are not needed, and it does not occupy the working space with good economy. The stacked iron accessories are provided in a complete manner, and the iron core can be stacked and turned on this equipment at the same time.
(3)With strong turning capability, no additional energy is needed except for travelling crane in the workshop. Therefore, the energy can be saved, the investment in auxiliary equipment and foundation can be reduced, and it has good performance-price ratio.
(4)    Upon the erection of the iron core, a safe anti-overturning device shall be installed on the stacking and turning table, which is safe and reliable without the need to occupy the sapce of travelling crane.
(5)    It is convenient to adopt the process of not arranging the upper iron yoke, and auxiliary toolings such as the iron positioning device and the iron core placing table can be arranged as required, which can facilitate the realization and comprehensive capability of the process as well as greatly improve the efficiency of iron arrangement. 
(6)    It can be turned over in a safe and stable manner, with features of good synchronization, no deformation of the iron core and high reliability.
(7)    The center distance (Mo) is adjustable, and the size of table surface can be designed according to customer's requirements.
(8)    With sufficient rigidity and strength, the overall deformation of the table can be ensured to be less than 3mm during turning, and the verticality between the stacking table and the turning arm is less than 3mm before and after the turning, which can effectively eliminate the dislocation deformation between silicon steel sheets during turning as well as ensure the quality of the stacked iron.
(9)    Three groups of longitudinal beams are integrated with middle connecting beam as a whole, which increases the overall rigidity of the longitudinal beams. It can ensure that the deformation of the longitudinal beam is not more than 3mm during the turning.
(10)The form of spiral jack is adopted for the leveling accessories, which enables convenient and reliable adjustment. The overall flatness of the stacked iron can be ensured to be not more than 5mm. The leveling accessories can move transversely along the longitudinal beam, so it can adapt to different center distances for the core.
(11)  The tooth-shaped turning arm is equipped with engaging tooth to match the tooth-shaped seat, which can ensure that the iron core can rotate in strict accordance with the set track during the turning process, without causing the ground friction and without generating harmful iron scrap. The overturned overhead crane only needs to be lifted stably, which simplifies the operation process of the overhead crane and increases the safety of the turning process.
(12)  A puller seat is installed, which can provide convenience for turning preparations upon completion of the iron stacking.
(13)  The tooth-shaped seat and the turning arm can be put aside when they are not in use, which does not occupy the ground operation space and can ensure stable turning. After turning, it can match with the turning leg to ensure the verticality less than 2mm after turning.
(14)It shall be designed in strict accordance with the safety standards of lifting equipment to ensure the design safety factor not less than 4 times. Non-destructive flaw detection method is adopted for welded parts at all key positions, and all pins shall be hardened and tempered by using the high-quality carbon structural steel and then go through flaw detection process.

III.   Main composition:
1, The turning table part is mainly composed of the following components
(1),      Longitudinal beam: During the design, it is rigorously calculated according to the specifications of the iron core, and international advanced design software is used for finite element analysis, which ensures the sufficient strength and rigidity. The welded structure of hot rolled section steel or low carbon steel is adopted, and in order to ensure flatness, mechanical processing method is adopted for key positions. Aging treatment is also required for the welded structures. The longitudinal beam is installed with the turning leg which can be opened after the turning of iron core for 90° so as to prevent the overturning due to unstable iron core.
(2),Tooth-shaped turning arm: It is mechanically processed after being welded with low carbon steel, and it is of gradual tooth shape, which can ensure stable turning. The independent plug-in structure is adopted, so that there is no need to place it on the longitudinal beam during iron stacking, which can minimize the occupation of working space. During turning, the hand shaft is only required to connect with the longitudinal beam to form a whole, which is convenient to operate.
(3),  Turning base: With the welded structure of low carbon steel adopted, it is well matched with tooth-shaped beam which can ensure stable turning of iron core.
(4),  Puller beam: It is mechanically processed after being welded with section steel. Due to adoption of the puller beam, there is no need to go through the tedious process of installing gaskets between the iron core and the tooth-shaped turning arm upon the completion of iron stacking, thus improving the working efficiency, and this is first and exclusively adopted by our company.

(5),  Iron stacking table: It is fixed on the longitudinal beam by using the section steel and the clamps. It is a kind of iron stacking platform for large transformers, which has good rigidity and is easy to operate.
3, Iron arrangement accessories: It is composed of clamp support, pull plate support, load-bearing jack, quick clamp, etc. As different transformer manufacturers adopt different processes, it needs to negotiate with customers for the specific configurations. Finally, the technical agreement and schematic diagram shall prevail.
